Interior Doors Sticking with Humidity -- When to Plane & Seal?

Recently bought a flipped house that was outfitted with new hollow doors during a low humidity season. Majority of doors now stick in their frames and don't close, probably b/c they weren't sealed properly. I'd like to plane and seal the doors now but am concerned that I will seal the humidity in. On the other hand, I've read that even properly sealed doors aren't totally impermeable to humidity--so maybe the doors would still dry out if I went ahead and sealed them now? Humidity remains high around here well into the fall season, so if I don't do the doors now, I'll have to wait until spring. Would it help to put the doors in a room with a dehumidifier for a few days before planing and sealing? Any advice is much appreciated.
